"Cut from a Different Cloth" doesn't progress with new roulette

Trying to get Singing Clusters for the HW Relic Weapons, I've noticed that the quest Cut from a Different Cloth was still needing the 50/60 Roulette to be finished. I thought it was a description bug, but 50/60/70 is not accepted as far as I can tell.

Steps:
1. Accept the quest "Cut from a Different Cloth" from Angelet in Ishgard
2. Finish a dungeon through 50/60/70 roulette
3. Quest does not mark as completed due to it requiring the removed "50/60 Roulette"
*Add more steps if necessary

I can confirm this as I had this quest in my log when the game launched and upon doing the 50/60/70 roulette, completion was not counted for the quest. I even abandoned the quest and picked it up again, but it still would not complete in any of the times I queued for 50/60/70.
