AFAIK those are edition items, not pre-orders, and will be available once we use the code for our editions on actual launch.
Yes the mount and collectors edition items will be distributed on the official release day July 2nd. You got the earrings and the pet for early access.
The Pre-order items are the baby gremlin minion and the aetheryte earring, and early access.
