Unable to fantasia due to failed character data load.

Since I was able to update the game today, my character data hasn't loaded. I've used a Fantasia in game after logging in to attempt to change to Viera, and when I log out my character data doesn't load, so I can't change my appearance.

Character: Jaelynn Tralexia
Data Center: Primal
World: Leviathan

I have tried:

1. Logging into queue, canceling, quitting and returning.
2. Changing to another data center (those characters are loading fine) and changing back.
3. Exiting and re-entering in quick succession to attempt a refresh.
4. Logging into the game and back out in an attempt to push the character data to the login screen.
5. Uploaded and redownloaded character settings data, both of which processed, but neither of which loaded the character.

I've been trying to change to Viera for literal hours now, please advise. 10 bucks spent on this Fantasia that I can't use now. Lol

Also experiencing this, but with a name change rather than fantasia. At about 10 AM PST I fantasia'd to Viera but left my male name on so I had time to think of a name at work. Now that I am home and have purchased a name change, that character's data in particular won't load. My other characters on other servers work fine, just not this one. Tried all of the above as well.

When I right click and choose change name, it just pops up the dialog for "You must change name before you can log in" again as if I tried to log in. This is also preventing me from playing on this character.

It's not preventing me from playing, if I wait through the queue I can still log in and play as my old appearance in my Lalafell form. The only thing is, I really wanted to become a Viera before continuing with a lot of the stuff I wanted to do in the game, so it's kind of demoralizing :/ I was looking forward to it for a really long time.
