i keep having this issue where it says shadowbringers is not installed. it happened once last night and i got the sb title menu. had to restart steam and launch the game. now it's happening again

Do you have enough room on your computer? I had to make room on mine for the update.
No idea about Steam, though. Perhaps check the Steam forums - if there are any - to see if they have a known issue with Shadowbringers?
Currently, SE is battling DDOS attacks, but I don't think that it would cause you to not be able to install. Good luck!
ya my hubbies computer was short on HD space.
Need to move some of his steam library to another HD to resolve the issue.
