New AST action "Play" cannot be queued

As the title suggests, the new AST action "Play" behaves as if it were macro'd and cannot be queued up, severely hindering the playability of the job.

Reportedly other jobs are also facing similar struggles, but I do not know the full list so I will only comment on this one.
