Steps:
1. Bought and consumed Fantasia ready to use after XPAC
2. Logged into no longer have option to edit character after XPAC update
Greetings, this is GM Elrisivana. I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble changing your character’s appearance after using a Fantasia.
May I ask if you have already tried the below steps?
1. Log in and log out from your Home World (If you are world visiting, please return to your Home World before logging out).
2. Highlight the character on the character selection screen.
3. If you are on PC, right-click the name and select to alter the appearance data. If you are on PS4, use the square button to access this option.
If this does not resolve the issue, please fill out the Template in the Welcome to the “In-Game Bugs” Forum thread at the top of this sub-forum and we will be happy to escalate this matter further.
