The launcher is now continually erroring out with "Unable to download patch files. [30413][25008][10009]", even after switching internet connections and changing DNS settings.

Just keep restarting whenever that happens. I got it a couple times but eventually finished. I assume it's just high traffic.

This happened to me three times. Give it a ten or so minute pause before trying again. Fortunately, it seems to save what information is downloaded from the patch before crashing. So you don't restart.

The updater doesn't. Unfortunately I can't even update the launcher because it keeps crashing constantly and doesn't remember anything.
