PSA/Reminder: If you have a PS4 you need PS Plus to update in rest mode

I've seen a bit of misinformation going on around here saying you don't need to have PSPlus to check for updates in rest mode, this is incorrect. Your PS4 needs to be turned on to check for and to start the update(if you don't have PSPlus) then you can go into rest mode to continue the download
