Curious question for current AST (not a rant)

I've main AST since it's release and never looked back. Over that time we've gotten so comfortable with the current system and for most of us we can weave cards while dodging AOE and keeping HP up without breaking a sweat. It's so 2nd nature. :cool:

Now however when marathoning for gear (I never leveled Ranged so have ZERO gear for my upcoming DNC Dps main) Every. Single. Card. I'm now hyper aware how useful each is and seeing wow, that actually just saved me, us etc...in each different scenario.
(although I've always kind of noticed I pull an Ewer WAY more if my MP is below 50% ish)

My question is: Is anyone else now HYPER aware of utility of each and every card AS you draw them? OR am I just being sentimental with "you don't know what you've got till it's gone?" lol

I had to do a couple 70 dungeons last night as AST to say goodbye to cards. I was also hyper-aware of each card, too. Got so many spread balances, so it was a nice goodbye.

Same rip my cards, Time Dilatation and Celestial Opposition (and Eye for an Eye).
At least, I finished my last 2 dungeons with 3 commendations each :)
