About the Faerie area singer...

Listening to the BGM during the pre-expac review, I strongly believe the BGM for the faerie area's singer is Mili's Cassie(the artist from famous rythm game Deemo). Unfortunately I won't have early access for Shadowbringers. If anyone manages to reach the credits, someone please confirm this for me.
