No Flying in 5.0???

Hey folks

So I don't see any currents being added and on the mounts that can fly, it's only for 3.0 and 4.0.

Is SE pulling a Blizzard and removing flying from the game going forward?

I highly doubt we won’t be able to fly in 5.0

No, that will be made clear in the next full patch notes. And also Yoshi showed us his mount flying in the Live letters, we shall fly. :o

They were demonstrating flight in a 5.0 zone during the last live letter.

There will be Aether currents it is just not showing on the notes. 4.0 notes was the exact same way for Stormblood.

If I recall, one of the sliders in the live letter said that "All mounts will be able to fly", so maybe they didn't even bother to put it in the patch notes

No way theyd remove flying, blizzard only did that to promote world pvp which we thankfully dont have.

Benchmark trailer would've alleviated this concern right away. Mounts are shown flying several times throughout it.

These werent the full patch notes either was merely a tease,just wait for the full ones during the maintenance
