QoL Ventures for Retainers

I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but I'd love a change in the venture system. I'm not always on long enough to make full use of my hunting/gathering retainers.

I'd love to send them out for X amount of hours for the matching X amount of ventures. It can be even be capped at how many hours a day, but this would help out so much with some of my crafting (or lack of) desires and recipes!

A friend and I were talking about this today, and its still something I hope for! With them changing up the retainer UI a bit maybe this is possible?

That's what the 18 hour venture is for. You're not supposed to be able to do one-hour ventures all day, just while you're actively playing.
