I recently bought an item through amazon to get the mount promotion. I used the code and it gave the item to a random character I no longer played. I went ahead and used said item after pulling it out from mail using it was account wide anyways. Coming from other mmo where this is a stanadard. To my suprise it is not and i submitted tickets to get the mount transfered. Then comes to find out they are not able to do so. I am now having to buy another item from amazon to get the mount again. This time i deleted all my other toons to prevent this from happening again.
Hope to hear about this soon. Thanks. At least i ended up buying game time for the game both times, but having to spend money like this lol.

That's strange, I could swear mounts were account wide.
When I got the cloud mount throught something similar, I got it on all of my characters (and even now, I get it whenever I create an alt)
Perhaps it's a bug ? -

the mogstation prompts you to pick a character then it shows a confirmation screen. it's your own fault for not picking your main. this was specified in the campaign.
There are technical reasons why not everything is account wide vs. single character only.
