Looking for Small FC/LS

Hey all,

Recently started playing FFXIV and I chose Goblin as my home because goblins are awesome. I decided to play Black mage. I'm a pretty no-life gamer, spending lots of time online and perfecting my ability to play the job I chose. I'm not a fan of big crowds and prefer much smaller closer knit communities, but every FC I've gotten randomly invited to has had over 400 members. I was wondering if there are any smaller FCs or linkshells out there that are more interested in the individual and the bond each member shares than the sheer amount of people they can invite?
