Didn't Receive lvl 30 rewards for transfering to a new server!

I transfered to the new server Spriggan from Chaos to take advantage of the bonuses, one of them was to create a new character up to lvl 30, rewards would be +15 days free of subscription, and 1million Gil to the new character.
After getting to lvl 30 with a friend he got all of his rewards, but i didnt get anything so far...


World name: Spriggan

Character name: Malfurion Stormrage

Class/Level: Conjurer lvl 30

You know you only get the gil once per datacenter and the days once per account.
So if you got them the last time when Louisouxe (probably misspelled) and Omega were added you wont get the days again, also the gil.

OH wait so , i actually joined in Omega, last year when stormblood came out , that counted?

Yes it did, since you most likely got the reward back then when you joined :)
