Yes, it's most definitely copyright infringement.

However, China is well known for never accepting any legal complaints about copyright infringement. They have online games in China which are exact copies of other MMOs, even down to the code, but China will not acknowledge any attempt by the owner of the IP to sue.

Admins won't know the answers to this stuff. That's why big corporations have lawyers on staff.

But as the above poster mentioned--China never takes responsbility for this stuff. The burden will fall on the consumer to ensure they don't support bad companies.

They do read the forums. IIRC, they stated Yoshi-P gets a weekly summary of the posts on here. Just because they don't respond to EVERY LITTLE THING PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT doesn't mean they don't listen to the feedback.

Yes it is but China has never worried about silly things like International Law.
