Email received regarding extra game time

I received an email earlier about getting extra game time for getting my first character to level 30, however this character was an alt i made and i have multiple characters at level 70. I would like to know if there is a promotion going on, if this was perhaps sent in error or if i should be more concerned and need to take it up with SE security department.

If you made the character on one of the new EU worlds (Spriggan, Twintania) then yes there is a promotion going on where anyone can get 15 days of free playtime by getting that character to level 30 (playtime is once per service account), plus also 1mil gil. Players that already did this for Omega/Louisoux won't be able to do it second time.
