Feedback on Service

I am simply commenting on the service I received from Gm Verethentus. I felt he was polite and took my concerns seriously. While I do not and will not know if the issue I was commenting about was resolved in a manner I feel would be fair, I can't comment on their investigation capability. Though I can say that they were professional. Thank you.

I also had GM Verethentus help me out. I had a general question about the game and how the ToS ties into a certain aspect of it. Verethentus was very kind and took it seriously while explaining to me how it all ties into together, and told me where I could recommend the suggestions for it. So thank you as well, Verethentus.
