Where can I pre-order Shadowbringers (that isn't SE Store, Amazon, or Steam)

I have the non-Steam PC version of FFXIV, and I've been trying all this week to get the SE Store to take my money, but no go. Amazon.ca doesn't have the digital download, and Amazon.com says they have no more digital downloads available.

So, what's a reputable online (and accepts Canadian orders) store that I can pre-order the digital PC standard edition of Shadowbringers from?
