I completed the Dragoon quest, "Into the Dragon's Maw", but can't figure out where to go from here. I'm trying to acquire the complete Drachen Set, but don't know where to go or what to do next. Can anyone help me figure it out?

Under the MSQ there is your next class quest.
Into the Dragon's Maw is the final ARR Dragoon quest. You should have a complete Drachen set after that. It's only the armor (head, chest, hands, legs, feet), no accessories.
More to the point, being the final ARR job quest, you'll need to progress story quests until you reach the 3.0 expansion quests, which will allow you to continue your job quests.
If you completed Into the Dragon's Maw, then you should already have the complete Drachen set, since it's the one that rewards the chest piece and the rest had come from the previous quest at level 45.
Do you have the achievement "Dragoon Age I"? (It's under the "Quests" section of the achievement window.) That's also rewarded from "Into the Dragon's Maw".
As to the following quest, it's requirements are:
Completion of "Into the Dragon's Maw"
Having Heavensward registered to your account
Completion of the MSQ "Before the Dawn"
