Improvement to the fc ui and fc buff

Hi devellopers,

With the release of ShB, I think that it's maybe time to review and upgrade a little bit those systems. I could understand it was made the way it was because of the ps3 support and how the game was back in ARR/HW... but...

For free company user interface:
-Would be great to have more space to write in the announcement box of the free company. I suppose it was a PS3 limitation, but now that's it's gone...
-Can we have a calandar to make event within the fc?
-Is it possible to have something to sort the list of member (online/offline)

For free company buffs :
-Some are now totally useless, I'm thinking of the buff that increase of 5/10/15 the control, or craftmanship, or gathering, or detection. Back in ARR, it was fine and could be big when we had like 100 points in control/craftmanship, it was an increase of 5%, that was decreasing a little with better gear of ARR, but now that we have like 8000 in those stats and they will increase probably to 10000 or more in ShB, that's like.... nothing? Maybe it's time to review those buff and apply a % instead of a raw value?
