Housing misc musings

Hello,

I've always wondered why the crafting facilities in housing are always level capped. I mean as of right now only crafters 60 and below can get a +10 CP bonus. Why not just remove it altogether?

Its a nice incentive for having the item in house and it actually provides a bit of use for crafting classes at end game. +10 cp doesn't really throw too much things out of balance and it makes sense to have a housing item that actually buffs.

Also can we have more varied FC buffs?
