New Server Twintania

so yesterday, i switched over to Twintania, the recently added server on the Light Data Center.
especially today, i've noticed some delays when opening the inventory, speaking to NPC or calling the retainer, and such.
when running a dungeon, i got delays of serveral seconds.
all motion just stopped, i couldnt cast anything anymore, only walk around, and it made the game pretty much unplayable.

i'm located in Germany, my ping has been sitting at between 12 and 20 ms, no other game is lagging in any way.
so it's FF 14 related.

i was not having any of these issues before i switched to Twintania.

just want to know if it's actually on my end, or if others are also experiencing delay and lag on the new servers?

I noticed a few lags this morning too, when calling my retainers, the screen would take a few seconds to come up. Nothing too serious but noticeable nonetheless.

I guess it's something to do with the servers because everything else was working fine.

it's not always that bad, either.
this morning, i was not having any delays at all, a couple hours ago, everything was fine, too.
it's only begun recently, and i was also getting some lags and delays last night.
people just teleport around, motion stops for a good while, cannot interact with anything in any way.
it's quite annoying.

the delays occured about 9 times while i was running a dungeon in the evening yesterday.
sometimes the delay lasts two to three seconds, and sometimes it can take up to ten seconds, after which the game fasts forward to catch up.
this can occur while casting a spell, examining another character, interacting with NPC's for repairs and such.

the delays have also happened when i visited Odin.
and i'm only using this one character i have.

happy to report that the lags have stopped occuring for now.
i can play normally like i used to.
