Packet loss issue
Hey, i've been having some pretty hefty packet loss issues when connecting to this game in specific. The packet losses and duty based rubberbanding started with the world visit update and has been going ever since.
To clarify, i've contacted my isp dozens of times to try to resolve this issue which includes: replacing all wiring in the house including exterior as well, new router & modem, arranging speeds, port forwarding etc etc. I even did the weird internet explorer settings thing the devs say to do.
I use both a VPN and no VPN to do tests but here's the tracert through wtfast:

and one without:

The loss is inconsistent but happens often enough to notice. It's also worth mentioning that in the openworld people's movements aren't rubberbandy but inside of dungeons it's instantly all over the place.

This has also been happening to me, too. Normally for me if the loss reaches 1% (sometimes it doesn't even get to that) the game kicks me and I get the ever-so-wonderful 90002 error = . =

Same issue. Heavy ping spikes and Packet Loss since last week or so, especially at peak times on Chaos/Ragnarok.
I had a similar issue I think in League of Legends a few years back where the routing through a backbone at peak times caused the latency issues.
This used to be a problem in germany with the ISP "Telekom". The issue was solved by Riot Games.
On which data centers do you guys play?

I play on NA Aether, I can't figure this out. there's constant player rubberbanding, and i can slide cast 10% into a cast of 2.4s and it's driving me crazy Q-Q. My ping is less than 40 and my packet loss isn't enough to cause these kinds of issues. I really don't get it
