Help against bots blocking content!

I joined zodiark a month ago but lately the bots on the server are really noticeable and now i am even stuck on a mainquest because there are like 30 bots standing in Northern Thanalan(Raubahns Push) instakilling each and every Magitec Vanguard in under 2 seconds with AeorII. They are even standing 100s of meters away from the actually killed mob.

I can handle the random gil seller and ignore most bot activity but if i can't go further in the Mainstory because of bots we have an issue here Square Enix.

As you can see there is nobody where the NPC is attacking. I call this cheating at over 9000.

I feel you my lala twink had the same problem doing the quests.. some mobs were spammed like hell. Rly ppl, make an twink, do blm quests... i get so angry...

I get much work and all that BS but at least make ARR mobs like hw/sb and insta reset/immortal once they cant reach their targed, there is NO reason they cant with few work.

Go to a different server?

I think technically this can be considered "name and shame" even if they are bots. Might want to edit those screenshots to block out names or something.

Believe me i got banned for 10 days when i cursed once as i had posted plenty bots before >_>

they are that ..... it cant be helped. And they dont do meaning full stuff to stop that.

Did you file a complaint in game too? That's the proper place to name the offender, not that I really care if some arsehat multiboxing botter gets named on here <.< Anyhoo I'd suggest a quick sever jump to clear yer quest

There's really no need to be so hostile. I'm trying to help you avoid getting in trouble. The forum has a specific rule about posting character names. I'm not sure if it's all context or just when it's accusing of harassment or cheating. So your comparison doesn't really apply.

Bots suck and I wish they were gone too, but there's not much else to say on them than what's already been said. So the only thing I felt was important to say was to warn you about breaking rules yourself. That's not how you respond to someone trying to help you.

It doesn't matter. If you're calling out the target of that mob as someone who is cheating, you are name and shaming and that's against the rules.
While you can call the police and name the perp (send a GM ticket with the information) you can't go around telling the public what he did until he's proen guilty in a court of law. SE upholds "innocent until proved guilty" quite nicely, actually.
