FF XIV still considered a joke

Final Fantasy XII

It's quite sad if people still can't say a single positive thing about the game. I know Kotaku really doesn't mean anything but it annoyed me slightly. I think it's about time the media re-reviewed this game so that peoples attitudes toward it may start to change. The article opens by saying there is to much negativity and promotes a positive attitude by saying it will say something good about every FF game and then gets to XIV....that is a little unfair.

Kotaku thinks Activision owns Blizzard. Enough said.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that the writer of the article hasn't played XIV recently.

Who cares? Of course FFXIV is still considered a joke. This game is severely crippled by its server structure alone. Yoshi-P have no choice but to hold off on so many features/additions, regardless of how small, just because of such an issue.

FFXIV 2.0: Yoshida's Vision is the game that will be no laughing matter I'm sure. Until then FFXIV 1.0: Tanaka's Last Eff U will always be a joke in the eyes of many.
