Preorders on Early Access Day

First time I've been in the situation where it falls on pay day. For budget reasons, I need to know whether I can preorder on 6/28 and still get the bonuses and early access that day?

Pre order still counts until the day before the official release on July 2nd I think.

Even if you miss it they usually add those extras onto the mog station as an upgrade you can buy later.

I don't know what timezone the store goes by, but I imagine it would be available up till exactly midnight (00:00) on 02.07.2019.

Both the items (earring and pet) and Early Access.

I have a feeling they said somewhere that preorders would only be available until a week before either launch or early access.

I'm not certain, but I think I remember reading that.
