You did a great job detailing the fight. Thanks so much ^^
Here's our video. Mind you not as clear as the above one, but it's a different approach with the same concept. The key is to kill the 3 fire balls at the same exact time. Once this is done, it's a matter of timing their pop rate (which is about 30-35 secs.) After this is done, it's pretty much easy.

As of 3/11, the following setup and strategy works as well as the original.
Setup: PLD, BRD, WHM, WHM, BLM, BLM, BLM, BLM.
Strategy: BRD and WHM buff as usual; Paladin tanks Barbatos near the cave mouth, with BLM's behind it in front of the altar. WHM's take the right between tank and nukers with the Bard on the left.
The key to keeping Wisp spawns down is to designate 2 of the 4 BLM to pair off with Blizzara's, so they can always have Blizzara up as the two pairs alternate Wisp spawns. I played Bard on this run, and always kept TP up for those straggler Wisps that get away from the BLM's (only had to do this once, but it kept the healers safe).
At no point were any of us in danger of dying, and it was a very solid run.
