Attribute/Stats mathematics for nerds.

Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone knew any calculations/formulas that the game uses, be it for damage calculations, or what goes into determining your HP, defence, etc.
This kinda stuff interests me far too much.

There are a number of calculations done with stat caps, tiers, etc. You can check out The Balance discord channel for more information there. Various docs from a quick google search may also yield proper results.
However in a few weeks everything will be re-balanced. With the expansion we all kinda get nerfed to make room for bigger numbers on newer items. Happens every expansion. :(
