There's any way to avoid the Lobby Disconnect?

So, every now and then I d/c like any other normal human being, but sometimes, when I attempt to press "start" again at the entry screen, it just goes black with the message "Lobby server disconnected", and it actually closes the client altogether.

So I have to reopen the launcher again and type the pw, but the issue is that I need to put the one time code as well, and for that I need to pick my phone, open the app, etc...

There's any way to avoid this kind of disconnect? It only happens infrequently, but it's extra annoying when it does, especially when I'm doing a duty, because takes double the time to get back on.

I can relate. I hate that it just closes the game and you have to re-login. I'm always hasty so I never try to wait, but maybe waiting a minute in the main menu or in the other options there (to prevent the movie from playing) and then trying will prevent it. Haven't tried it myself, and I don't really want to disconnect to find out if that works or not.

I apologize for the delay in our response. A Lobby Disconnect is when you are disconnected from the lobby server. That's unfortunately a bit vague as it doesn't tell us where the disconnect is happening. Can I get some more information about the error?

- Platform (PC, PS4, Mac)
- Any error codes or messages you receive upon disconnect (if any)
- Type of connection (wired or wireless)
- Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
- Everything you have tried to resolve the issue

Additionally, do you notice any similarities during the disconnects. Even if infrequent, do you notice any patterns?
