Marker on Amdapor Keep (Hard) first boss doesn't display

Area and coordinates: Amdapor Keep (Hard), first boss.

Details: the marker that should appear over a player when they are going to recieve a tether that is supossed to be taken to a statue doesn't display. I've notice that marker not showing sometimes since a long time ago, but the last run I was in it almost never appeared.
