Installing ff14 on a new laptop and it seems all the expansions related to the account have mysteriously unregistered themselves. Anyone have this happen? Running the patcher again and its downloading all of EX1 folder again, probly EX2 as well. Hopefully this will fix itself....I hope..
Why can't we just put in the codes again :(

Were they unregestered from your SE/mogstation account, or simply not recognized as installed? That's a key difference here.
If you're redownloading ex files it sounds like the latter, and something that'd fix the issue.
So i found out what happened.
Apparently when doing a back up of the expansion folder to another drive, i cut and pasted instead of copy and pasted :)
My bad. No wonder it had a hissy fit.
All fixed.
Dang human errors.
