Not understanding DNC tooltips

So first of all, the 50% procs.
Lets say I used both Cascade and Fountain, and procced both Reverse Cascade and Fountainfall.
Could I then execute them both? Or would I lose a proc?
Could I use Reverse cascade immediately after Cascade, and still combo into Fountain? Or would using a proc interrupt the combo?

Secondly, Fourfold feathers.
Do you only need one feather to use a Fan Dance skill, or all four?
Do they consume a feather?

You get a Proc and as far as i have seen the proced skills don't break the combo.

For the feathers. Every Fan Dance consumes 1 Feather.

Any proc skill will not interrupt your Cascade > Fountain combo. So you can do, provided you have the procs, Cascade > Fountain > Reverse Cascade > Fountainfall or Cascade > Reverse Cascade > Fountain > Fountainfall. Again provided you have the right procs up. It's the same for the AoE combos as well.

Fan Dance 1 and 2 consume Feathers. You only need one feather to use Fan Dance 1 or 2. Those can trigger Fan Dance 3 but you can't store charges for them like you can 1 and 2 so you want to use that before you use more Fan Dance 1 and 2 skills.

I'm curious to see how DNC priority system will work. As in, using Technical Step at around 4s in the countdown for the party-wide buff, Sabre Dance then Flourish to force procs during burst phase. Then your normal rotation would be Cascade -> Reverse Cascade -> Fan Dance I ->Fountain -> Fan Dance III -> Fountainfall -> Fan Dance I (Assuming everything procs), or Cascade -> Fountain -> Reverse Cascade -> Fan Dance I -> Fountainfall -> Fan Dance III -> Cascade -> Fan Dance I...

Looking at it now you want technical step to go off as trick is applied so within the 1st 10s preferably starting the steps at 4 to 5s so you get potentially 3 gcds in before dancing so opener least how i am seeing it atm is

pre pull closed position
Cascade on pull, sabre dance, proc or fountain, weave fan ocgd if lucky, proc or cascade,(edit:fan dance 3 weave if really lucky here) Technical step, standard step, proc or fountain, flourish, foutainfall weave fan dance 3, reverse cascade, weave fans during every gcd possible from here out fan dance 3 top priority fan move, Bloodshower, Rising windmill then cascade/fountain combo prioritising procs and cds

every 30s standard step
every min repeat flourish to rising windmill
Devilment has highest priority over every other gcd move
Sabre > Technical > Standard > florish at the 2 min mark
you want standard step in every trick window and you want to try and get as many flourish/fan moves in that window too
you could go 4 gcds and be fine with good ping but it seems dnc is on the slower side with having 2.41s gcd at lv80
