1.0 Titles missing

I am missing 2 of my legacy titles:

Notorious Monster Hunter
Wild Thing

Date & Time: Always
Frequency: Always
World name: Faerie
Character name: Arkerone Sashar
Party or solo: Solo
In-game time: Always

Steps:
1. Checked legacy achievements
2. Checked title list
3. Confirmed that the titles should have transferred over for ARR

I received an in game update from a GM asking my to reply to the ticket with the information that I already provided in this thread, problem is, I don't see a reply button for that message in game...
