Fully ranked Kojin and no permits still.

I am slightly frustrated at the moment and was unsure where else to get answers. I have fully ranked up the Kojin Beast Tribe to rank 8 and I have still yet to see the Kojin vendor permits. I can't find anyone to help me through FFXIV support, so I turned to the forums. Is there any reason why I cannot seem to buy the Kojin vendor permits through the Kojin? :confused::confused:

you need to do the ananta beast tribe and namazu beast tribe o rank 8 then do the SB allied beast tribe questline that starts in Kugane before you can purchase Kojin vendor permits since it is an additional reward from getting to rank 9

You talking to the Beast Tribe vendor and going on the Kojin Sango exchange?
