New Player Looking for a Home

Hi, being new to the game (only tried a couple of servers briefly) i am looking for a casual guild with no expectations that also has a community of active and helpful mature players with real life commitments with no pressure to be in discord are constantly striving to do the highest content.

I know i may be asking a lot but i have heard good things about the FFXIV community.
