Hello there, it looks like you have stumbled upon our recruitment post! Are you looking to join a hardcore group with experienced players? Yet you do not wish to undergo the arduous path of world progging? Yep, that’s us!
The group is recruiting for members for our 5.0 Eden static.
The roles we're currently looking for are as follows:
1x Tank/Healer
1x Melee/Caster
1x Range
However, if the role you are interested in playing is not stated above, please do not be shy to hit us up anyway. Several of our members are willing and capable of flexing to other roles/jobs.
Our goal is to beat the content as fast as we can at a semi-hardcore pace.
Weekly Schedule are as follows:
9PM - 12AM GMT+8 for 3-4 weekdays
Afternoon/evening during either a saturday or sunday
Generally, we would ideally like to have 9 to 12 hrs of total raiding time weekly.
However, we might be trying to push for more hours/days on the first week with the objective of clearing as many floors as possible.
Ultimately we are aiming to clear the entire tier within 2-3 weeks.
After which, raid days will be reduced to around twice a week for reclears and optimization runs.
Characteristics we are looking for in a raid member:
Punctual - We respect and value time, as such we hope that we could make the most out of the allocated raid times.
Committed - We wish to find people who strive to do their best to aid the group in overcoming the tier by week 3.
Responsible - With the advent of a new expansion, all jobs will see changes, be it small or big changes, and it shall be every member’s personal responsibility to make sure he learns how to play his job to the best of his capabilities.
Receptive - Discussions will happen during raiding and we hope to find open-minded individuals who are able to listen to feedback and contribute to constructive feedback.
Flexible - We are seeking for individuals who will be willing to do whatever it takes to aid the group in clearing the tier, this includes following through with an unorthodox strat that might not be optimized for their own DPS but is easy to execute during the first clear. It is also a big plus if you are able to flex into different jobs within your role.
The group is set to re-clear up to an equivalent of at least 16x Alphascape 4.0 books, so please make sure that you can commit for this time frame. This is also not set in stone and we will definitely extend the number of reclears if members express interest in farming for more gear.
