Fatal DirectX Error and Windows 10 May Update.

I have a constant Fatal DirectX Error with Windows 10 1903 May Update.
Yet I have the lastest drivers for Nvidia GTX 1050 ti.
I have tried everything and it doesnt stop, everything layers, updating everything, underclock, increase voltage, disable scaling, reset my installation of windows a new user, uniinstalling programs, installing all Windows C++ all years, having everything up to date. Nothing works and everything everything it just doesnt stop.
I wont come back to the 1803 update Windows 10 October. Please fix the game. This Fatal Error only happen with Squarenix games - same was with Just Cause 2

Can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

and no other games doesnt have the issue, I just changed my powesupply to a new one, and none, I have literally followed all the guides on this forum did all clean none. :X

Any solution or attempt to send the file to Japan Devs for a main fix? Im not being sarcastic but this problem is been around years on many people theres even a main article of this on google https://appuals.com/fix-ffxiv-final-...directx-error/ and seems like hasnt been fixed since uff much time :x

Does the game crash when you are in game or does it happen when the FFXIV program is started? Do you experience this crash when the game is the only program running?

If you have not done so already, could you try doing a cleanboot? Open the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.

It does happen when Im already ingame or also lauching the game, Its the only program running, I did a cleanboot, and its none on startup. still crash

For clarification, the error you are experiencing is a generic program crash error involving DirectX. It can be caused by a variety of reasons. Since it is only one of a few error messages, it will show up a lot regardless of what initially caused it. It is also not an error message exclusive to Final Fantasy XIV. As such, there is no way to "fix" the error as every PC will have some sort of incompatibility with the game based on numerous variables.

I do want to point out that, according to your System Report, you are a little under the minimum requirements for the game. It's hard to tell whether this is the cause of the issue, but both Final Fantasy XIV and Windows 10 change constantly and can cause instability if the PC isn't capable enough.

That being said, there are a few other things you may want to try:

1) Set compatibility mode to Windows 7. Right-click on the ffxivboot.exe file and select ‘Properties.’ Then select the ‘Compatibility’ tab and choose Windows 7.

2) Do a clean reinstall of the GPU drivers (even if they are up to date).

3) Make sure that any anti-virus software you have has the appropriate exceptions for Final Fantasy XIV.

4) Reinstalling the game.

This literally just started happening to me last night after no system changes. I had to switch the game to DX9 to play without the fatalx 1000000002 error.

Had come back to the game a few months ago and have had zero issues util yesterday. Completely random. Perhaps SE patched something this week? My system is completely up to date. Probably will cancel my Xpac pre-order and cancel sub if not fixed. DX9c in 2019... Yeah no thanks.
