AST Clothes and Tail Animation Bugs

There is a frequent bug that will "lock" my Au Ra's tail and clothing animations, making them look stiff and weird, almost as if the animations are reversed or offset by half the loop. I've only seen this occur when playing as AST, and I usually notice it when I'm in a Duty. The only way to fix it is to log off and back in, which can get very irritating when the bug can be as frequent as every Duty I queue into. From what I've seen in the forums in the past, like here and here, this issue isn't unique to me and has been around for quite a while, as back as 2015. Is SE aware of this issue?

According to this thread, this bug has been moved to "Accepted Bugs". However, it still occurs quite frequently.
