Got 4 fantasias, used 2, 1 left

Got a fantasia from the ending of ARR and then never used it. Afterwards, on April 14 I got a gift code with 3 fantasias. I still have a proof in the Moogle letterbox. Used it twice to turn into Auri and back to Lala. Soi should have 2 more, right? But I have only 1 pot left. I checked every place that I could. No results. Right now, I don't have a character editor, so that means I couldn't possibly use it by a mistake. Neither could I discard it by a mistake. They were in my retainer's inventory.
Please, help me to get my pot of Fantasia back. I really need it. People paid real money to get me those.
