Show all the recipes?

Seems like I'm missing some display function in crafting log recipe searches. Open crafting log, click on "recipe search" button (last one shown after individual crafting class buttons, up top). Type into the recipe search window the word "earrings"

On my screen the game's response is "114 matches found. 50 displayed." K fine, how does one convince the crafting log to show more than 50, or if only 50, which 50? There appears to be a couple of small triangles at the bottom of the recipe window; such might act as a thumbwheel adjustment of recipes under view, but I can't get those arrows to do anything.

Gotta be missing something horribly obvious. Gah.
