Happened a 3rd time at 6:14 pm server time. Each time a single dps doesn't click the que. This time the trial was: The Singularity Reactor.

If you are with a pre-made party, everyone gets the punishment if anyone withdraws from a popped queue. That's what Ready Check was made for.

To add on to this statement, if you are in a full 4/4 or 8/8 party for dungeons or trials, then you will not get a penalty for withdrawing. It's only when you are not in a full pre-made that you are penalized if someone in your group hits the withdraw button. The penalty will only happen if you or someone in your premade have withdrawn more than twice before in a 24-hour period. After the third time, it's 30 minutes for every withdrawal.

Now, if you are queuing for Roulettes, you get penalized regardless if you're a full light party/full full party or not.

All of us accepted the Que, only I was penalized.

Had you previously withdrawn from any other queues today? Perhaps while queuing solo? This includes if you got up to go to the restroom, get food, or get a drink, and ended up missing a queue that popped.

No.

I'm a tank so most of my que's are instant, I hadn't done any ques today.

First instance: During main scenario roulette, I que. with 2 healers, que pops we accept and wait. At this point que said: 2/2/3 then after the que became 2/2/4 it kicked us out and I was penalized.

Second time we que for The Singularity Reactor. This time our group was 2 tanks, 2 healers, 2 dps, again all of us accept the que. Que is 2/2/2 > switch to 2/2/3 then it kicked us out. I was the only one penalized.

Third time we re que for The Singularity Reactor, same people as before. Que reaches 2/2/3 we get kicked and this time me and one of the healers are penalized.

Fourth time we went with 2/2/3 and after we found a pug dps it allowed us into the trial normally.

If they had a penalty, it would have blocked them when they tried to queue, not when the duty came up.

I know that. But that isn't why I asked the question. You're allowed to withdraw twice every 24 hours before you get penalized the first time ("three strikes and you're out" sort of thing). That's why I asked if they had previously missed any other queues or withdrawn any time before their first penalty - missing two queues or withdrawing from two queues before would have resulted in a penalty for the OP had any of the people within their party missed the queue/withdrawn. Every withdrawal after the third results in a penalty regardless until 24 hours have passed.
