I wasn't receiving the warning for abandoning an instance when I left a bad match, I figured someone else left before me and took the penalty. Usually you don't get penalized if you leave an instance another player has already left. Apparently either this doesn't apply in pvp, or you don't receive the warning for abandoning. gonna gripe for 30 mins while I wait for rival wings queues to die.
