I'm just curious whether this means I have craft another recipe entirely to resume crafting, or if it's literally just standing up and having to start over from the main menu. Guessing the latter. :]

And besides, I want all the likes from the people who get on the forums to complain in a little bit. ;D

just start the same crafting again don't see them limiting you using the same recipe that just dumb.

I don't see them doing that either. But it's not like a bot couldn't just put an extra ↓ in the code to make the character alternate synths, if they wanted to outsmart either of these oh-so-intuive systems, since it just targets repeated use of the same recipe (i.e. how we've been leveling crafting since XI...). :/

And they are now gone. :3 No complaints there, it's just another instance of me being curious as to what SE means by "interrupted." Like, will we have to select synthesis again, or will we actually have to craft another recipe? And whether it's going to be an every 20 minute thing, or if it'll only happen on the rare (really, non-existent) occasion that I take a 4-5 hour crafting spree.

I was starting to build up a small supply of mats for some linen deerstalkers and I know the exp bonus for synthing is going up a little, but then I see this part about synthing for too long on one thing in the patch notes.

I really doubt that they'd actually implement something that will affect most crafters. I suspect it's going to be if you do 500+ synths in a row--you know, things that only a bot could do without taking a break, realistically.

And if someone is a legitimate player who carries his/her laptop to the bathroom to keep crafting, I suspect there will be a quick method to fix it.

Someone will probably find out tomorrow. I, for one, am not going to be crafting for a while, with all these new quests/dungeons. ;D

;....; How can you resist crafting? First thing I'm going to do is craft one of each new GSM recipe.

A few of us are already assuming they will probly just force you to stand up if you craft too many of same item in a row

itl easily stop simple bots and turbo control crafters and afk crafters in their tracks from making any progress

and will take all of 2 button presses every 20-30 minutes extra to get back into the groove of whatever you are doing(basicaly, sitting back down)

did 49 and stood up, did another 100 of same synth, stood up, did the same synth again 250 times, so its random!
