Adjust Main Scenario Guide to Show Job Quests Even When MSQ is Finished

The Main Scenario Quest tracker is pretty neat to tracking your job quests but there is a problem in that if you have no more main scenario quests it'll vanish (if you have a certain box ticked).

Here if you have it hide when MSQ is done then the whole thing will vanish.

My wish would be to allow the job part to be visible while the MSQ is not, that way I can easily track where and if I have a job quest to complete. I don't really need in giant text telling me I'm done with the MSQ, until next expansion ;), so of course I want the main quest part off, but I don't want the job part off :)
