"Heavensward" MSQ does not complete

Date & Time: 15.5. between 19:00 and 23:00 GMT +2 (1st time this occurred was when Omega crashed on 15.5.)

Party or solo: Was in party all 5 times, via Duty Finder so I cannot remember names of the party members

Area and coordinates: Unknown, leaving Duty the Aetherochemical Research Facility

Steps:
1. On MSQ "Heavensward" and I am required to use Duty Finder for the Aetherochemical Research Facility
2. Entered it and all was as per usual
3. Clear the Duty, do commendations and exit as per usual.
4. Get to loading and then Omega crashes
5. I get back on and notice that MSQ did not complete despite having done the correct Duty
6. Did the Duty again, still no clear for MSQ
7. Try once more, still no clear
8. Restarted the entire game and went for 4th re-try, still no clear for MSQ
9. Choose to close the PC and re-try again the next day
10. Run for 5th time and still no clear
11. Accept that I am now stuck on MSQ I cannot complete due to correct Duty not counting for it
