Thinking about starting anew on this server!

Hello there,

I am an old, returning player and picked up the free Heavensward expansion yesterday. I have an old character on the Primal Datacenter (Excalibur), which I joined because of my old US guild back in the day - which is gone now.

So I was asking myself if I should continue that character or start anew on a EU server with a more active EU community (maybe even some german-speaking players) and was curious as to the state of this server.

I am a german-native, 42-year old father of 2 who is currently having a blast with the free login campaign and my old character and is considering to resub. But I am missing company (I am an old-school player and prefer active and engaging guilds like in EverQuest 1) and was wondering if I can find it here, or if this server caters more to the "End-Game-Content" and high-level players?

I just don't want to grind through levels and missions in empty starting areas all by my lonely self - got single-player games for that. :)

So I would humbly ask you Shiva players for your honest opinion.
