Going on 2 hours of radio silence after logging in to find my character in GM jail

Is this normal? My anxiety is sinking its fangs into me after two hours with no context or explanation as to why I'm here, and I can't think of a reason myself. I've submitted a ticket and even tried leaving feedback, but I've yet to hear anything.

It's absolutely horrible. I feel like i was thrown in here and forgotten about, and I'm scared to even look away because what if the GM shows up while I'm not here and i'm not there to catch it and I have to wait even longer?

This can't be how the system is supposed to work, right? I thought it was meant to be a place gm's pull people in for a quick chat, not a dungeon you get locked in for hours while you try to figure out what you did wrong.

Wait, you’re in jail right now? If nobody is responding to you, that sounds very fishy. You sure nobody is exploiting the game? This is unheard of.

Yeah, been in here for 2 hours and 15 minutes now. Can't do anything except walk. Can't even chat or log out.

Two hours in jail sounds like an abnormally long wait for a GM to respond once you've been 'contained.' When was the last time you were logged in?

A few hours before i logged back in to this. I left to get food and logged back into this.

I've had a friend in GM jail before, and while it takes them a while to reply to you (apparently), 2hours seems way too long.

hope they feed you some mashed popotoes or something

Someone is either exploiting the game on the server level/ packet level, or a GM is being very unprofessional.

I'm leaning towards the latter.

I've never heard of any kind of hacking that allows you to straight up warp players into another zone, let alone while they're offline. That would basically require a normal player to somehow gain access to GM abilities and you can bet people would do that regularly if it was easy simply due to the sheer chaos they could cause.

Would it be possible to access Support out-of-game?
