Any change we Get graphics improvements with Shadowbringers?

Just wondering if this has been covered already or atleast asked to the devs. Would love to see HDR in this game or higher rez renders in some old areas atleast.

They will continue to dish out the same excuse no matter what console releases. It just doesn’t seem to be something they are interested in doing.

And then they will claim PS5 limitations. Yoshida's excuses are pretty predictable at this point.

The itself does run at an upscaled 4k so at this moment I do not believe it will be making any moreof an increase at least for one more expansion. The game also runs at an HDR format on PS4 pro also.

Yoshi stated that the cost would be substantial because when they did 2.0 they did the textures as you see them in the game, not HD or 4K or whatever. He stated that there is no immediate need but he sees the importance of it to be addressed in the future. He mentioned as well that around the time that 6.0 will release, they will have to consider whether to upgrade the graphics to remain relevant or begin work on a new game entirely.

Can you give us the link to where he says that exactly? If that’s true, that’s very reassuring.

i wish the game was more moddable so we could do it ourselves

This game does not use HDR on PS4 Pro, my TV does not enter into HDR mode like it does with content that support HDR on my PS4 Pro.
