It looks like this material is not yet available. Maybe there is a mob that will drop it once the patch comes?
Wait, I thought the goal of these recipe reforms was to simplify and reduce the required materials, not create totally brand new components... Did I miss that memo?
When you increase the yield on the recipe it has the same effect of reducing the materials for each recipe.
Also, some of the recipes had their ingredients reduced by half.
